This land is part of a development of more than 9,500 acres. The developer’s ultimate vision is the creation of a sustainable, carbon-neutral community that will blend into the natural landscape of Belize, making wise use of its natural resources and providing a place where people can live, work, research and study in balance with nature.
The project will utilize state-of the-art technologies to provide alternative energy, produce potable water, process solid and water waste and reduce consumption of water overall.
We have an approved master plan for a multi-phase, mixed-use eco-tourism resort development. The financing strategy for the first two phases of development involves three rounds, whereby the proceeds of this sales will in turn make important roll in the larger development.
